Shrublands

Shrublands accommodates up to 9 people requiring nursing or personal care. At the time of inspection, 8 residents were living at the home.

Staff deliver safe, skilled care in a homely environment where residents receive regular interaction and attention throughout the day. Risks to people's safety and wellbeing are effectively managed through formal risk management processes, and sufficient staff are deployed to meet individual needs.

Medicines are managed safely with people receiving their prescribed medications as intended.
