Outram Fields is a care home in Sheffield providing personal care to up to 81 people, including some living with dementia, with 53 people supported at the time of assessment. The CQC rated the service good overall. Inspectors found staff were kind, caring and person-centred, with safe medicines management and effective safeguarding practices, and managers ran the home with good oversight and improvement in mind.

Feedback from people and relatives was largely positive, with staff praised for their warmth and support, including during end of life care. Some people and relatives felt staffing levels were sometimes insufficient, though inspectors found no evidence this had a negative impact on care. People had access to varied activities and outings, including use of the home's own minibus.
