23 Cecil Road

23 Cecil Road provides care for people with learning disabilities and autism, designed around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion. At the inspection, the service maintained its good rating from the previous visit in February 2016. No risks or concerns were identified. The care provided continues to align with best practice guidance, and residents receive consistent support that respects their individual needs and preferences.
