Oswald House provides personal care for up to seven people with a learning disability. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity. Staff supported residents to make decisions and communicated in ways tailored to individual needs, promoting choice, control and independence.

The service focused on residents' strengths and helped them work towards personal aspirations and goals, enabling fulfilling and meaningful everyday lives. People received kind and compassionate care, with medicines managed safely and infection prevention practices following current guidance.
