Elmcroft provides personal care for up to three people with a learning disability. At inspection, all three residents were living at the service. Staff supported residents to have maximum choice, control and independence, communicating in ways that met their individual needs.

Care workers focused on residents' strengths and promoted what they could do, helping them achieve their aspirations and goals. People received kind and compassionate care and were supported safely with medicines. Infection prevention and control practices reflected current guidance.
