The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding that people felt safe and were cared for kindly, with risks well managed and enough suitably recruited staff on hand to meet their needs.
Inspectors found a capable and approachable management team who had introduced positive changes, including an electronic recording system and staff champion roles. Relatives said the home was clean, well organised and communication was good, with staff described as attentive and well supported.
