John Masefield House

John Masefield House is a 22-bed residential and nursing home for older people, some living with a physical disability. Following an assessment involving inspectors and an Expert by Experience, the CQC rated the home Good overall, noting significant improvements in staffing levels, risk management and medicines safety, with people saying they felt safe.

Inspectors found people and relatives positive about caring, attentive staff and improved activities. The new registered manager and management team were described as approachable and well organised, with effective quality assurance systems helping to drive ongoing improvement.
