Inspectors found clear processes in place for managing blood thinning medicines through a multidisciplinary team approach, with risks properly controlled.

The service maintains adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs, with call bells answered promptly and staff not appearing rushed. Staff confirmed they have sufficient colleagues to support residents effectively, and rotas consistently meet planned staffing levels despite reliance on agency workers.
