OSJCT Ermine House accommodates up to 45 people and had 39 residents at the time of inspection. The service maintains systems and processes to keep people safe from harm and abuse, with trained and competent staff administering medicines safely. The home is clean and staff adhere to safe infection control practices.

Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control of their lives, using the least restrictive practices possible. The policies and systems in place reflect this commitment to enabling independence and autonomy for the people living there.
