Ruckland Court

Ruckland Court accommodates up to 50 older people, many living with dementia or other mental and physical health conditions. At inspection, 44 residents were living there. Staff demonstrate a clear understanding of safeguarding and receive appropriate training to keep people safe. Risk assessments are regularly reviewed and updated as residents' needs change, with measures implemented to mitigate identified risks. The home maintains adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs and wishes, and follows safe recruitment procedures to ensure staff suitability for working with the population served.
