Chilterns Court Care Centre, in Oxfordshire, is a purpose-built care home providing personal care and nursing for up to 64 older people, many living with dementia. The CQC carried out a responsive assessment after concerns were raised about governance, learning from incidents and staff conduct, but found no evidence to support these. The service remains rated Good overall.

Inspectors found risks were well managed, with regular reviews and clear reporting systems in place. People and relatives said they felt safe, well informed and treated with kindness and respect. The management team worked well together and used quality assurance systems effectively to drive improvement.
