Chilterns Court provides personal and nursing care for 59 people aged 65 and over with diverse care needs. People receive person-centred care that values them as unique individuals and protects their rights. Staff demonstrate kindness and compassion, with positive relationships developing between people and staff that create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere throughout the service. The home is led by an effective and caring registered manager who has driven improvements resulting in high quality care delivered by a positive and committed team.
