Abbeycrest Nursing Home

Abbeycrest provides nursing and personal care to 69 residents in one adapted building with capacity for up to 70 people. Residents felt safe, with robust systems in place to protect them from harm. Medicines were managed safely and administered as prescribed, and infection control measures were implemented throughout the home. The service maintained a strong recruitment process and staffed appropriately to meet residents' needs.

Care assessments followed best practice guidance, and the home worked in partnership with other organisations to develop and maintain high standards. The environment was kept safe through established systems and processes, supporting residents' wellbeing and security.
