Orla House

Orla House provides personal care and support to 10 people with learning disabilities such as autism and physical disabilities, aged 40 and over. The service is designed to blend seamlessly into the residential area with no identifying signs, intercoms, or cameras that would indicate it is a care home. Staff are discouraged from wearing uniforms when moving around with people, reinforcing the home's commitment to normalisation and community integration.

An exceptionally caring staff team demonstrates passion and determination to support residents to lead fulfilling lives. People receive planned, person-centred support that emphasizes control, choice, and independence. Staff know residents well and work to ensure they can live as full a life as possible, with meaningful daily activities and community involvement integrated into their care.
