5 St Margaret's Gardens is a care home providing support to people with a learning disability. The CQC assessed the service against safe, effective, caring and responsive standards and found four breaches of legal regulations, relating to safe care and treatment, person-centred care, safeguarding and staffing. The provider has been asked for an action plan to address these concerns.

People living there generally spoke positively about staff, though some raised concerns about agency staff and limited opportunities to go out. Relatives described the home as happy, with good staff, though inspectors found room for improvement across most areas assessed, with caring the one area rated good.
