ABLE (Action for a Better Life) - 57 King Street

ABLE (Action for a Better Life) on King Street provides accommodation and personal care to up to six people with long-term mental health conditions in Melksham town centre. At inspection, all six residents were living there.

Residents reported enjoying living at the home and appreciated being able to make choices while feeling listened to and respected. Staff provided person-centred support and knew residents well. Care plans were clear and reflected individual needs, with people involved in their development. Relatives described staff as "fantastic" and felt residents were well supported.
