This residential care home accommodates up to four adults with learning disabilities, currently supporting three residents. The semi-detached property is located in Bradford on Avon and provides personal care alongside accommodation. Staff maintain a small, consistent team that residents describe as kind and caring, with strong relationships established between staff and those they support. The home actively encourages and supports residents to maintain their independence whilst promoting choice and inclusion. Care plans are personalised and include individual goals for residents, with people actively involved in developing their own care arrangements. Residents are supported to participate in activities and pursue the things they want to do, enabling them to live as ordinary a life as any other citizen.
