At inspection, 42 people were using the service. People felt safe, with good systems in place to manage risks and keep residents secure.

Staff supported people to take prescribed medicines appropriately.

The home had sufficient staffing levels, with staff demonstrating good understanding of residents' individual needs. New employees underwent thorough checks before employment and received comprehensive induction training. Staff completed regular training to maintain their knowledge and skills in providing care.
