Orchard Gardens

Orchard Gardens provides residential care to 38 people aged 65 and over. The home is purpose-built across two floors, with one floor specializing in care for people with advanced dementia. As part of Bishopstoke Park retirement community, residents have access to on-site facilities including a wellness centre, spa, restaurant and shop.

Inspectors found that people felt safe at the home, with records and practice supporting this assessment. Medicines were safely managed, and staff supported people to take their medications in their preferred way. The home had appropriate systems in place for assessing and managing risks to keep residents safe.
