This residential service provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities and associated needs. At the time of inspection, all six supported residents were living at the home, which is divided into four independent flats to promote privacy and social distancing. The service had established clear arrangements for families and visiting professionals to visit safely. People were actively involved in risk assessment processes and understood how to keep themselves safe, demonstrating the provider's commitment to person-centred care and meaningful involvement in decisions affecting their lives.
