Otterbourne Grange Residential Care Home

Otterbourne Grange Residential Care Home provides personal and nursing care to 22 people, with capacity for up to 25 residents aged over 65, including those living with dementia. During the inspection, concerns were identified regarding cleaning standards and the protection of people from associated risks. Following the visit, a deep clean was carried out, and inspectors were assured about other infection control measures. Fire safety improvements had been implemented, including installation of break glass cases with padlock keys next to the dining room and lounge doors, in line with recommendations from a March 2021 fire risk assessment.
