Sunnybank House

Sunnybank House accommodates up to 60 people across three units, each serving different care needs. The Rose Unit on the ground floor provides residential care for those with less complex needs, while Dahlia Unit on the first floor is a nurse-led unit supporting people with more complex clinical requirements. Nemesia Unit, recently reopened on the top floor, specialises in care for people living with dementia.

Inspectors observed that people were safe and received care delivered in a caring and unhurried manner. However, feedback indicated there were times when staff were not fully responsive to residents' needs.
