Watermill Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to four younger adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, and associated complex needs. The service supports people who have previously challenged traditional services and require bespoke and flexible support packages. The home is designed around values of choice, promotion of independence, and inclusion, enabling residents to live as ordinary a life as any other citizen.

At inspection, all four residents living at the service were observed to be receiving outstanding care. The service has sustained its outstanding model of care and remains committed to personalising support for each individual. The home continues to build on previous successes and follows best practice guidance in delivering care that meets the complex needs of its residents.
