The Birches - Care Home

The Birches is a residential care home accommodating 27 people with learning disabilities and autism across four bungalows and two self-contained flats. Although larger than current best practice guidance, the building design mitigates any negative impact, with each bungalow operating as a separate entity and maintaining its own communal areas. The service provides planned, person-centred support designed to help people live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. People using the service were happy and complimentary of staff.
