Oaktree Court

Oaktree Court provides nursing and personal care for up to 56 older people, including a specialist dementia unit called the Somerset Suite. At inspection, 47 residents were living there. People consistently described feeling safe, well cared for and respected, with one resident stating "This is my home for life now and I am very happy here" and another saying "I couldn't fault anything here. We are safe and well cared for. It is a happy place."

The service delivers exceptionally personalised care that responds to individual needs and preferences, demonstrating a highly person-centred approach. Staff support residents to pursue hobbies and explore new experiences, with a varied and interesting activities programme that keeps people meaningfully occupied and stimulated. The provider's ethos focuses on enabling people to live life to the full.
