Could the NHS fund Oakley House's fees?
NHS Continuing Healthcare could cover 100% of care costs with no means test.
Oakley House provides accommodation and support for up to two people with acquired brain injury in a residential house setting. At the time of inspection, two people were living there, each with their own private room and access to all house amenities. The service is situated in a residential area with easy access to the local community and features a large garden.
Residents and families expressed satisfaction with the care provided. One person said, "I am happy living here," while a relative stated, "I have every faith in the service and I am entirely happy with the care." The service was found to be safe.
