Beatrice House accommodates up to three people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder, with two residents living there at the time of inspection. The home has implemented strong infection control measures including structured visiting procedures where nominated relatives can book appointment slots. Single occupancy bedrooms with en-suite facilities support social distancing, and personal protective equipment is available throughout the premises, which is maintained to a clean and hygienic standard.

Staff are aware of safety protocols for admitting new residents or those returning from hospital. Regular testing is conducted, with staff tested three times weekly and residents every 28 days, with appropriate self-isolation procedures in place if positive cases occur.
