Inspectors found staff were kind, skilled and attentive, with enough people on duty to meet residents' needs, and safeguarding and risk management processes worked well.

A shortfall was found in how medicines storage temperatures were monitored and acted on, though the provider addressed this. Some relatives felt communication could be better. People described staff as caring and respectful, and felt safe, well fed and supported in their day-to-day lives.
