Oakdene Residential Home

Oakdene provides accommodation and personal care for 19 people aged 65 and over. During the inspection, staff demonstrated positive interactions with residents and worked effectively as a team to promote wellbeing. The home had implemented clear systems to manage health and safety, including visitor screening procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, and risk assessments for each person in their care. Staff followed government guidance and had adequate supplies of PPE available throughout the service, with hand sanitiser readily accessible.
