The home's rating has improved from requires improvement to good, following a previous inspection that found breaches around safeguarding, consent, staffing and governance. Inspectors found these issues had been resolved under a new management team, with effective quality assurance systems now in place.

Relatives spoken to described real improvements, including better communication and incident reporting. They said staff knew people well, supported them through anxious moments and medical appointments, and kept the home clean and well-appointed. People were reported to be happy returning home after family outings, giving relatives confidence in their safety and care.
