About Jacob's Lodge
Jacob's Lodge provides short break care for adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, and physical disabilities, supporting approximately 42 people annually. During the inspection, five people were using the service.
The home promotes choice, control, independence, and inclusion for the people it supports. Care is tailored to help individuals live as full a life as possible and achieve the best outcomes, with support focused on enabling people to maintain autonomy and participate in their communities.
