The home accommodates up to five people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, four people were living there with access to multiple shared spaces. Residents felt safe and knew who to approach with concerns. Staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and recognized their responsibility to protect people from abuse. The home operated with appropriate policies in place and encouraged positive risk-taking, involving people in managing their own risks wherever possible.

Staff took a person-centred approach to risk management, though care plans and risk assessments had not always been kept current with changes in people's support needs. The provider acknowledged this gap and prioritized updating records to ensure they accurately reflected residents' circumstances.
