Bayith Rest Home is a residential care home providing personal care and support to older people. Audits were not effective at identifying problems, and staffing levels and records needed improvement, though a newly appointed manager had begun making changes.

Inspectors found staff to be kind, compassionate and skilled, providing person-centred care. People and relatives spoke warmly of the home, describing staff as loving and attentive, and food and healthcare support were well regarded. Culture was open and positive, though improvements needed time to be embedded and sustained.
