The home maintained safe recruitment practices and sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs. Risks were properly assessed and managed, and medicines were administered safely as prescribed.

People and relatives were involved in health and wellbeing assessments before admission and had regular access to the registered manager to participate in care decisions. Specialist professionals were contacted when needed to support people's individual requirements. Staff received appropriate training and support, knew people well, and communicated effectively to provide person-centred care. People and their relatives described staff as kind and caring, with good involvement in decisions about their care and support.
