Oak View Residential Care Home

The service had implemented thorough health screening measures, taking temperatures on entry and completing visiting questionnaires to assess for symptoms. Contact details for test and trace purposes were recorded during these processes, and the visiting policy and restrictions had been clearly communicated to residents, families, and friends. During outbreak restrictions, the home maintained family connections through alternative methods including video calls, emails, and letters to keep residents in touch with their loved ones.
