Blossom House

Blossom House is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 31 older people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, or mental health needs. At inspection, 28 people were residing at the home. The premises were well-ventilated, clean and hygienic, with cleaning checklists in place and high touch surfaces frequently cleaned to reduce infection risk. The home actively welcomed visitors, recognizing the positive impact on residents' wellbeing, and facilitated visits in line with government guidance while implementing appropriate health and safety measures including lateral flow tests and vaccination checks.
