Oak Manor Nursing Home

Oak Manor Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 61 people, specialising in support for those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 22 people were using the service. The home is situated in a rural setting with all facilities on the ground floor.

Since the previous inspection, the service had undertaken refurbishment to address earlier concerns about the garden area and fire exit usage. Inspectors identified additional repair work that the service had not previously recognised, though these repairs were completed immediately during the inspection visit.
