It's so much more peaceful here than the hospital and no mobile phones to bother me."

Staff felt valued and demonstrated high morale, with caring and compassionate relationships evident between staff and the people they supported. Care plans were thorough, detailed and up to date, with treatment and support reflecting individual needs and preferences. The home offers a wide range of activities and entertainments tailored to residents' interests and previous experiences. The provider had recently made improvements to staffing levels and their notification processes.
