Inspectors noted a strong culture of learning, with a relative describing visible improvement under the current manager.

People and relatives described the home as safe, warm and inclusive, with families welcomed and supported. Staff were found to be kind and attentive, helping people access healthcare when needed. Staff also reported feeling valued and confident in the management team.
