Wilton Manor Care Home provides nursing care for up to 69 residents, primarily people aged over 65, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 58 people were using the service. Staff were highly skilled and motivated, with many taking on additional roles and responsibilities that resulted in service-wide improvements and outstanding outcomes for people's health and wellbeing.

People received high quality, safe and effective care. Residents and their relatives consistently provided positive feedback about all aspects of the care they received, describing it as caring, responsive and well led.
