Northfield House

Northfield House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 11 people with learning disabilities and autistic people. The home is situated in a domestic dwelling within walking distance of local shops and amenities, with a nearby bus stop enabling residents to access public transport. Vehicles that accommodate wheelchair users are available to support people who wish to travel further afield.

Staff support residents to make choices and maintain control of their lives while promoting independence. The service works with other professionals to manage medicines appropriately, ensuring residents receive support that achieves the best possible health outcomes whilst avoiding unnecessary prescriptions.
