Langley House provides care and accommodation to up to 12 people with learning disabilities across three separate homes sharing the same grounds. At the time of inspection, 11 people were using the service. All residents have access to the main house and receive support from one staff team.

The service maintains its good rating. Evidence continues to demonstrate that staff provide person-centred care, with residents benefiting from tailored support plans and meaningful daily activities. Inspectors observed positive interactions between staff and residents, with people appearing comfortable and well-supported in their home environment.
