Some environmental issues were identified during the assessment and were promptly addressed.

Medicines were managed safely and staff understood how to recognise and report abuse. Care plans were person-centred, reflecting individual needs and preferences. Residents and relatives described staff as kind and respectful, with one relative calling it a "home from home.
