North Park

North Park is a residential care home accommodating 55 older people and those living with dementia across three floors in a single adapted building, with capacity for up to 60 residents. People and their relatives reported feeling safe and secure, expressing positive feedback about the home and its management. Residents were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible while acting in their best interests. The service's policies and systems supported these practices effectively. Medicines were administered, recorded and managed safely, with appropriate infection prevention control practices in place.
