Normanton Lodge Care Home

Normanton Lodge Care Home provides personal care for up to 67 older people, some living with dementia, across two connected areas, The Lodge and The Glen. At the time of the assessment, 54 people lived there.

The CQC found the service had improved sufficiently since its last inspection and was no longer in breach of regulations. Staffing levels were well planned, medicines were managed safely, and leaders were considered capable and caring. People felt safe, happy and well supported, though inspectors noted record-keeping and some digital systems still needed improvement, with plans already in place to address this.
