Norfolk Road

Norfolk Road provides accommodation and personal care for up to 6 people with a learning disability. At inspection, 5 people were living at the home. Staff focused on people's strengths and promoted what they could do, giving people opportunities to try new activities that enriched their lives. People were supported to have maximum choice and control, with staff assisting them in the least restrictive way possible. The provider ensured there were enough staff to support people to do things they enjoyed and keep them safe. Staff were knowledgeable about people's preferences, communication and aspirations, and care was provided in a person-centred and flexible way. Relatives said staff treated people with care and kindness and supported them in a personalised way.
