Inglewood

Inglewood provides personal care for up to 26 older people, including those living with dementia-related conditions, in an adapted building. At inspection, 22 people were using the service.

People and their relatives praised staff for their caring and kind approach. Staff were friendly and engaging, providing highly personalised care tailored to each person's individual preferences. People were treated with dignity and respect, with their independence actively encouraged. However, fire drills were not current for some staff members and they lacked clarity about safely evacuating people. The provider immediately took action to retrain staff in these procedures.
