Greystone House Residential Care Home

Greystone House provides personal care to 23 residents living with mental health conditions. Residents reported feeling safe and comfortable in the home. Staff maintained safety checks on the premises and equipment, with sufficient numbers of properly recruited team members on hand. The home encourages positive risk-taking to help residents access the community, and some residents manage their own medicines with staff support. All medicines are stored and administered safely, with procedures regularly reviewed and improved based on feedback. Staff support residents to make choices about their daily lives while ensuring practices remain in their best interests and as least restrictive as possible. Care plans are personalised to each resident's needs, clearly outlining how staff should provide support, and quality assurance systems are continuously updated to strengthen processes.
