Norfolk House Care Home provides personal care to 18 people, including those living with dementia, in a large detached property with single and double bedrooms. At inspection, 15 people were using the service.

The registered manager fostered a culture of acceptance and respect, with residents and staff interacting well together. Feedback demonstrated a 'family' approach to care and support was embedded within the service. Staff were trained to recognise potential risks and signs of abuse, with the registered manager assessing and reviewing risks to people's safety and wellbeing.

Staffing levels were maintained at safe levels.
