Barley Brook

Barley Brook is a residential home in Wigan accommodating up to 28 people across three floors. It supports older people, younger adults, and people living with dementia, with 24 residents at the time of inspection.

While a range of audits and monitoring processes were in place with action plans to drive improvements, the processes for checking record keeping to ensure accuracy and consistency required strengthening.
