Norbury Crescent

Norbury Crescent is a care home and domiciliary care agency providing services to adults with learning disabilities. The care home accommodates one resident and provides personal care (not nursing care), while the domiciliary care agency supports three people living in their own homes and specialist housing. At inspection, the service was rated good overall, representing significant improvement from the previous rating of requires improvement in September 2017. Previous concerns around medicines management, risk assessment, water safety, involving people in care planning, and quality assurance had been addressed.
